This is for a contest held by MegGriffinFanClub: [link] . The theme is "cosplay," so Meg is supposed to be dressed up like another character. So here she is dressed like Stan from South Park :) Found a pic of Meg online and did the alterations and the rest of the design in Photoshop CS2.
